Learning to really speak a foreign language is one of the best things you can add to your skill set. The only way to really nail this is to live in the country where whatever language is spoken and live the daily life. Even if you don’t study the language formally you’ll learn how to speak it.
When I was 20 I started to learn how to speak Italian. I moved to Rome and step by steps picked up the language. It was then that I started to understand how crazy English is and how people learning English as a foreign language probably scratch their heads trying to understand how to pronounce things.
