Exactly. I’m an American who grew up on garbage boxed food but eventually lived overseas and travel the world. Americans genuinely have no core understanding of what good food is. Most Americans have never traveled overseas and experienced how good a real tomato tastes, or even good meat or bread for that matter. Walk through the aisles of any major American grocery store and really look at how nearly all of the food Americans eat comes in a box and was processed in a factory. It’s too bad really. The level of obesity in the USA is insane. It’s the food.
