The Theragun

When I first unboxed the Theragun and used it for the first time it was a little odd because you have this incredible power coming out of such a short piston. But once you get used to having it float over a muscle that needs attention it’ll be hard to not have it nearby full time. The Theragun is not that cheap at about $350 but it’s made really well and can be used everyday. Most at home massage gear sucks or is just too much work. The Theragun however rocks. It’s easy to hold, use, and hold a super long charge.

The Original Bialetti Moka

I spent years living in Italy and every day in almost every household the day starts with stovetop coffee. It called a “Moka” and it’s essentially a “boil up” coffee machine that makes coffee in under 3–4 minutes.

The original is by Bialetti.and they come in different sizes from single serving (about the size of a double espresso) to the more common 2–4 cup andthe 6 cup version (enough for two good cappuccino). I don’t think the design has changed since the 1930's.
